Who does the work?
UK-based, background-checked Releaseworks engineers. We have built and run production systems for some of the world's largest brands, generating billions in revenue. Every engineer on the team holds multiple industry certifications across modern cloud platforms and software delivery. If you already have engineers, ours embed alongside them, write code your team reviews and merges, and hand the platform over so you own it end to end.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week. We ring-fence one senior engineer and one specialist, run a kickoff, and have the audit landing on your desk by the end of week one.
What if our codebase is a mess?
That is the default. Lovable, Bolt, and Replit MVPs were built to prove the idea, not to scale. The audit names the load-bearing problems honestly, then we fix them in order of customer risk. We do not lecture you about the past.
Do you work in our repo or yours?
Yours. Every change lands as a pull request your team reviews and merges. No black-box handover, no parallel fork, no surprise rewrite. Your engineers learn the system as we build it.
What happens after the 4 to 8 weeks?
You own a production system, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and a team that knows how it works. We stay on call for two more weeks so it sticks. After that you can run it yourself, retain us on Care, or step up to the AI Pathway.
How is this priced?

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
