About Releaseworks
Turn software into an asset, and tech teams into heroes.
We embed with in-house engineering teams to solve hard problems, build tech capability in-house, and operate critical software platforms 24/7.
Our story
Releaseworks was founded by engineers who had spent decades inside the kind of teams we now serve, high-growth SaaS, regulated platforms, software-led businesses where the product is the company. We kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant teams stuck in delivery friction nobody had time to fix.
The work that compounds, platform, automation, security, observability, the boring fundamentals, kept losing the prioritisation fight to the next feature. Three months later, the same teams were still firefighting the same incidents.
We started Releaseworks to be the partner those teams could call in. To solve the hard problems they couldn't get to, to level up the capability they wanted in-house, and to operate the platforms that couldn't fail, so the team is measurably stronger when we leave.
Today we work with software organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America, most often where the bar is high, the regulatory load is real, and the cost of getting delivery wrong is measured in customers, not just sprints.
The team
The experts who make a difference.
Leadership

The wider team
A senior team of trusted, industry-certified engineers based in London, with hundreds of years of combined experience building and running production platforms for global brands.
Our mission
To compound the engineering capability of every team we work with, so that twelve months on, they ship faster, sleep better, and own more of their own delivery.
We measure ourselves on the lift we leave behind. We solve the problems holding delivery back, level up the team that has to live with the result, and operate the platforms that can't go down. Strategy, engineering, and ongoing care, in service of teams who own their own future.
