How does it work?

After payment, you will be redirected into a Zoom call with our on-call engineer. We will use live screen sharing and remote access to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for our on-call engineer to join the call. If you close the call before the engineer joins, we will automatically process a full refund of the fee.

If your problem is estimated to take longer to resolve than your assigned time slot, your Cloud Engineer will inform you of this in the beginning of the call. You can then choose to proceed, or cancel the appointment. If you choose to cancel, you will not be charged.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% happy with the service provided, please mention this to your engineer, and no charge will be payable.
We will assign the most suitable Releaseworks® Cloud Engineer to solve your problem. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible when you book the appointment. If other specific expertise is required during the appointment, our engineers are able to request their colleagues to join the call.
All Releaseworks® Cloud Engineers are fully background checked. Our engineers are full-time employees of Releaseworks Ltd, with a clean DBS check and reference checks that align with the UK Government BPSS security clearance.
